Terms of service
The agreement
These terms are between you and Jetkite B.V.. By creating a Jetkite account you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
You need an account to use Jetkite, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What AI output is, and is not
Jetkite produces answers using AI models. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and they are not professional advice. Do not rely on Jetkite for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without a qualified human checking the result. You are responsible for what you do with the output.
Answers are generated for you and we do not claim ownership of them. Similar or identical output may be produced for other people, so treat it accordingly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jetkite to:
- break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or help anyone else do either;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises a real person without consent;
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real person, or produce a likeness intended to deceive;
- build malware, weapons, or instructions for causing serious harm;
- attempt to bypass safety refusals, rate limits, entitlement checks or usage controls, including by automating the product in ways it is not meant for;
- resell Jetkite output as your own AI service, or use it to train a competing model.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
Your content
What you type and upload stays yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service on it: storing it, sending the relevant turn to an AI vendor to get you an answer, and displaying it back to you. That is the extent of it: we do not use your content to train models or for advertising.
Credits and billing
- Jetkite meters what a request costs and spends credits accordingly. Plans include a credit allowance for each billing period.
- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused plan credits are not carried forward.
- Credits you purchase outright do not expire. Plan credits are always spent before purchased ones.
- Each paid plan includes storage. Storage beyond the included amount is drawn from your credit wallet at a published rate per gigabyte per month, charged daily and shown in your usage breakdown.
- Prices shown on this website are in US dollars. What you actually pay, in your currency and including tax, is set by the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider at checkout.
Cancelling, and refunds
You can cancel a subscription yourself, wherever you bought it, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, their refund process applies and we cannot override it.
Where the EU right of withdrawal applies to a purchase made directly from us, you will be asked to confirm that you want the credits or subscription delivered immediately and that doing so ends that right. If a payment fails we move the account to a grace period rather than cutting off access at once.
Workspaces
A workspace owner is responsible for their workspace, its billing and the people they invite, and must tell their members what policies apply. Workspace admins can see usage, cost and policy, never the contents of a member’s conversations. Personal accounts and workspaces stay separate.
Availability
We aim to keep Jetkite running but do not promise it will never be unavailable. AI vendors have outages, rate limits and policy changes of their own, and the set of available models changes as vendors release and retire them. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.
Ending it
You can stop using Jetkite and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in the EU. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the product before the change takes effect.
