How credits work
Two balances, one wallet
Your plan’s credits arrive each billing period and do not roll over: what you do not use that period is not carried forward. Credits you buy outright never expire. Plan credits are always spent first, so your purchased balance is the one that keeps.
Cost, not message count
A credit is a fixed amount of measured cost, so a short question spends far less than a long piece of research. That is also why we do not publish a message count for a paid plan: it would depend entirely on what you asked.
Storage is included, then rented
Each paid plan includes storage. If you go past it, the extra is drawn from your credit wallet at a fixed rate per gigabyte per month, charged daily and shown in your usage breakdown, so nothing is blocked mid-conversation. On Free, storage is a hard limit rather than a rented one.
Cancel without asking us
Manage or cancel your plan yourself, wherever you bought it. Your account and its data stay yours, and you can export or delete them from Settings.
